• Instagram Data — via the official Instagram Graph API (read-only): username, posts, engagement metrics, and audience demographics. We never write to or modify your Instagram account.
• Email Address — to deliver your audit report and service notifications.
• Payment Information — handled entirely by Razorpay. We never store card numbers, UPI credentials, or banking details.
• Usage Data — browser type, IP address, and page interactions for service improvement.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Generate your personalised AI-powered Instagram audit report
• Process your payment and send the PDF report to your email
• Improve the accuracy and quality of our service
• Respond to support requests and grievances
• Comply with applicable Indian law and regulatory requirements

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained while the service is active. Instagram access tokens are stored encrypted and refreshed every 60 days. You may request complete deletion at any time at eyebird.in/data-deletion.

6. Data Security

All data is transmitted over TLS-encrypted connections (HTTPS only). Instagram access tokens are stored in encrypted form. While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Your Rights Under the DPDP Act 2023

As a data principal under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to:

• Access — know what personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure — request deletion of your personal data

Eyebird is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately at support@eyebird.in.
